The team have completed a loft conversion to a semi detached property in Western Road, Sutton Coldfield. The loft has been converted into a double bedroom and ensuite with three Velux windows. The project has taken 6 weeks to complete.

Tower scaffold erected to gain access to the vaulted ceiling. Window positions marked out. This particular roof was a structurally insulated panelled construction. Tiles removed and battens cut in preparation for roof lights. Frames fitted into apertures prior to underfelt collars and flashing kits. Tiles made good around frames and ridge tiles rebedded.
